Terms of Use
Eligibility and agreement
VIA NOI is for adults aged 18 or older. Creating an account confirms that you meet this requirement, agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The legal operator is What Else LLC.
Entertainment, not real-world allegations
VIA NOI provides social and multiplayer entertainment. Mystery and game accusations, roles, prompts and scenarios are entertainment and should not be interpreted as factual allegations about real people.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for your activity. Do not share your password or impersonate another person in a harmful or deceptive way.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant VIA NOI only the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, reproduce and display that content to operate the service and its features. Share only content you have the right to share and respect other people’s privacy.
Prohibited conduct
Do not threaten, harass or stalk others; post hateful or discriminatory content; engage in sexual exploitation; share non-consensual intimate content; impersonate others harmfully or fraudulently; disclose sensitive private information without authorization; run scams; distribute malware; engage in illegal content or activity; interfere with VIA NOI systems; or evade blocks, suspensions or moderation actions. Follow the Community Guidelines.
Reports, moderation and blocking
Use Report when content or behavior crosses the line. VIA NOI may review reports and may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts or terminate accounts. No fixed review timeframe is promised. Blocking is a safety and privacy tool, but does not guarantee absolute separation under every circumstance, including shared contexts.
Account termination
You can initiate account deletion in Settings. The Privacy Policy explains deletion and possible retention of some records. VIA NOI may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect users and the service.
Service availability
Features may change, be added or be removed. Uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
