Privacy Policy
VIA NOI and your privacy
VIA NOI is an adult social and multiplayer entertainment platform. VIA NOI is intended only for users aged 18 or older. The legal operator is What Else LLC.
Account and profile information
We process information you provide to create and use your account, including your email, username, Firebase account identifier, profile information, bio, status, avatar selection and profile photo.
Social content and activity
Information may include VIBALACEOUS posts, comments (SAY IT), reactions (FELT), LEAKS/Stories, uploaded images and videos, WORLD activity, VIBELIST/VIBESTIES relationships, YAP messages, game participation, activity, history and stats, reports and blocks. User-selected media may be uploaded when you choose to use it for profile photos, posts, Stories or other media features.
How information is used
We process information to authenticate users, operate profiles, provide social features and messaging, run multiplayer games, apply privacy and relationship settings, process reports and blocks, maintain security, troubleshoot problems and process account deletion.
Visibility and service providers
Some content is visible to other users according to the feature, privacy settings, relationships and game participation. Check the audience of each feature before sharing. YAP messages are processed to provide messaging; YAP is not described or offered here as end-to-end encrypted. VIA NOI uses service providers, including Firebase functionality for authentication, databases, media storage and backend functionality. The current MVP has no direct advertising SDK.
Your controls and account deletion
You can edit your profile, use account privacy controls, report content or users, block users and manage blocked players. You can initiate account deletion in Settings. Deletion uses the VIA NOI account-deletion process; you may need to leave or finish an active game first. It does not mean every record disappears immediately. Retention varies by information type. Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for shared multiplayer/game records involving other users, security, abuse prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations.
Security
We use access controls and account-security features to help protect information. No system is completely secure. Keep your password private and avoid sharing sensitive information in social content or messages. We do not promise absolute security or end-to-end encryption.
