Delete your VIA NOI account in the app, or request deletion by email.

Delete your account in VIA NOI

  1. Open VIA NOI and go to Settings.
  2. Under Account Actions / Security, choose Delete Account.
  3. Read the confirmation, select Continue, and enter your password in the app to verify your identity and confirm deletion.

You may need to leave or finish an active Tea Time or Case File game before deleting your account.

Without opening the app

Request deletion by email

To request deletion without using the app, email privacy@vianoiapp.com from the email address associated with your VIA NOI account and state that you want your VIA NOI account deleted.

Identity verification may be required before processing your request. Do not send your password, Social Security number, government ID, or unnecessary sensitive information.

What deletion means

VIA NOI’s deletion process removes your account, profile, and owned content. Some shared multiplayer/game records or limited safety/operational records may be retained where reasonably necessary. Not every record disappears immediately, and retention varies by information type.
