VIA NOI / Our commitments

Community Guidelines

Keep the drama in the game

VIA NOI is supposed to be fun—even when the group chat gets chaotic. Keep the drama in the game, not at someone else’s expense. VIA NOI is 18+ only.

Play hard. Respect people.

You can joke, debate, disagree playfully, compete and take part in game call-outs. Harassment and abuse are not allowed. Consent still matters. A game telling you to call someone out isn’t permission to abuse or humiliate them.

The line you cannot cross

No threats, harassment, stalking, hate speech or discrimination, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, disclosure of sensitive private information, scams, malicious impersonation, encouragement of serious violence or self-harm, or illegal activity. Do not evade blocks, suspensions or moderation actions.

Report and block

Use Report when something crosses the line. Use Block when you do not want interaction with a user. Serious or repeated violations may lead to content removal, restrictions, suspension or account termination. These tools do not promise immediate review or absolute separation in every shared context.

Child Safety Standards

VIA NOI is operated by What Else LLC and is intended only for people aged 18 or older. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes grooming, sexual solicitation or sexualization of minors, sextortion, trafficking or other sexual exploitation involving minors, and creating, requesting, sharing or distributing exploitative material involving minors. Report suspected child exploitation using VIA NOI’s in-app Report controls or contact support@vianoiapp.com. Provide the account or content reference and a brief description where available. Do not download, forward or attach suspected CSAM to an email. We review concerns and may take appropriate action under these standards, including restricting access, removing violating content, or restricting or terminating accounts where warranted and technically/operationally available. Relevant information may be preserved and matters may be escalated or reported where required or appropriate under applicable law and circumstances. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
